NO COMMERCIAL USE

This website is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content, software, products, or services from this website. You may not use this website's content for commercial purposes, including advertising on your own website.

PRICING POLICY

All website prices are regulated based on IP and delivery address. For EU countries, all prices include Danish VAT at the applicable rate. For non-EU countries, prices are displayed without Danish VAT. Orders delivered within the EU will incur Danish VAT at the applicable rate. Prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The Euro price of a product, as displayed on the website when the order is accepted, will be honored, except in cases of patent error. If your payment card is not denominated in Euros, the final price will be calculated according to the exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

Due to new regulations and Brexit, we regretfully have to set a minimum purchase requirement of 135 GBP.

This also means that the buyer is responsible for paying any taxes, customs, and clearance fees for goods purchased on our website.

ACCEPTING YOUR ORDER

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. SADRIA METALS offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution center. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and SADRIA METALS will be completed when we send you an email to confirm that the goods have been dispatched. The contract's language is English. We reserve the right not to accept your order if, for example, we cannot obtain payment authorization, if shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, if the ordered item is out of stock or does not meet our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or if you do not meet the eligibility criteria within TAC. We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our discretion. We are not liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the website, whether or not the merchandise has been sold; removing, screening, or editing any materials or content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by Dankort, eDankort, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, JCB, American Express, and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the website from time to time. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by SADRIA METALS. You confirm that the payment card used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the payment card to use it. All payment cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to SADRIA METALS, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We take all reasonable care to make our website secure. All card transactions on this website are processed using QuickPay, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. Furthermore, we will take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.

RETURN POLICY

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of your purchase. Please note that shipping costs are not refunded. Refunds are only offered if items are returned unused and in their original condition, i.e., intact, undamaged, unused, and with their original seal as soon as reasonably possible. You must not remove any of the safety tags or other tags from the item. We cannot accept the return of an item if there are signs that these instructions have not been followed. You must return the entire order at your own expense. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our address. In the case of disputes, we also recommend that you retain proof of sending. Refunds will be issued within 30 days.
